Service Day

.

.

The Jr. High youth met up at the church building for service projects for the community. The kids made four batches of chocolate chip cookies and four batches of brownies. When their baking was completed, they made 5 gift trays with fresh fruit and the baked goodies. We delivered trays to three local fire stations, and one tray went to the 911 call center. The last tray we delivered on 'Papa Phil' (from church) at the hospital. He had his big toe amputated earlier this week. When the kids finished up with their projects, they headed off to enjoy a Roughriders game. I helped with the service projects and Jon went to the ballgame.
