Talk about weird friends! Jon and the girls brought home cards and gifts for Caleb from friends at church. Very thoughtful, right! The 'Gungans,' aka: the Duncans sent him a bottle of Emeril's Rib Rub! =] Ok, ok, they also sent candy etc. The other Duncan's brought by the BEST cookies yesterday!

You can tell why we're all friends, one's weird and one brings cookies! Works for us! Caleb is doing great, we just have to keep him still so that the broken non-displayed rib doesn't become displaced an puncture a vital organ.

Gosh I know what thats like to have to be laid up (after a broken arm, broken leg and 5 knee surgies - I have some experience)...tell him to hang in there, it's for the best. Give him a gentle hug. My prayers are for a speeeeedy recovery!
