You never know where those home school field trip will take us. We’ve toured everything from the ACME brick plant, Mrs. Baird’s Bread even the U.S. Treasury! Today’s tour was, drum roll please, the Mary Kay Manufacturing Plant. Very cool, we were permitted to see where products are measure, mixed, texted, and packaged. Our tour guide was one of their many scientists who answered multiple questions for the children. We had a large enough group of kids that we were able to tour in two separate groups. Believe it or not the boy’s tour ended almost a half hour before the girls!
