Today was our second student led Drama Club get together. It is our PEACH middle and high school friends. This week the youth sent Ms. Kathy their suggestions for our musical this year and then the youth voted. And the winner is, OZ!!
I am so excited to work on props and backdrops for this one! Next week the youth will read thru the play for the first time and then at our next meeting they will read for their parts.
This year we have a bigger group of kids in our Drama Club, so far they are all meshing well as we have done various improve games.
Caleb is debating between trying out for a role and being the Director again this year. Right now he is still praying about it and we'll see soon his final desicion. As for Abigail her ideal role would be the Wicked Witch, but she is one the younger participants. I'm thinking a flying monkey or scarecrow . . . 'if I only had a brain.'
