Tonight Abigail and her team members from the Rage went to their first professional softball game, the Dallas Charge. The Dallas Charge play at The Ballfields at Craig Ranch in McKinney, TX.
Abigail has had several tournaments at the ballfields at Craig Ranch and even attended clinics there in the fall. The Charge are a women's professional softball team based in Dallas. The team began play as a member of National Pro Fastpitch (NPF) with their first game on June 3, 2015. Former Olympian Jennifer McFalls was hired as their first head coach. Currently there are are six teams in the league: Akron Racers, Chicago Bandits, Dallas Charge, USSSA Pride, Pennsylvania Rebellion and the Scrap Yard Dawgs.
Abigail and her teammates from the 16U Rage along with players from the 14U, 12U & 10U Rage teams and their families came out for tonight's game. The Charge lost in a double header against the USSSA Pride but the girl enjoyed watching the 'big boys' play!
