We took off tonight with great friends to find out if Captain Ahab will ever get vengeance on the white whale for the loss of his leg. We joined our PEACH homeschool friends for the Dallas Opera's classic tale of the ultimate challenge of man versus beast. This performance was visually stunning as the adventure set sail on the high seas.
I've never been a big fan of the projection sets versus the big elaborate hand crafted sets, but tonight they won me over. The set was amazing, the projections were just incredible. There were amazing including acrobatics with performers suspended and swimming through the depths.
Not only was the play visually stunning, but the singing was even more phenomenal! By far this was one of the best performances and it was even sweeter to share it with good friends!
