It's Monday and we're back home so that means back to Metro Relief in the morning and softball in the afternoon. Somewhere in there we knocked out a little school, not much mind you, but a little.
The CHANT Chargers took their first loss tonight against last years district champion, and 2nd Place State Champs, Dallas Christian. The girls got behind in the first inning but were within two points of catching up when the game was called.
We were playing on fields without lights so once the sun went down the refs called the game. After the game we stopped at Whataburger for dinner, we were a little disappointed at seeing the first base ump having dinner with his daughter, Dallas Christian's first baseman!
