Texas Bible Bowl is here!! Six months of study, 28 chapters, 1,006 verses that will stick with the kids long after this weekend! As our group left the McDermott parking lot bound for Bandera, Texas we prayed for calm recollection of everything we’ve studied; grace in losing; and humility in winning.
From Plano to Bandera it was about a six hour drive. Caleb also made the trip from Lubbock Christian University to Bandina Christian Youth Camp. The trip took him about five hours.
Caleb came as a representative for the college and brought the scholarship awards for the top high school scores.
This was the first year that Jon didn't make the trip with us and we missed him a lot!
