Batter, Batter, Batter . . .

I love my little pitcher!  She makes me proud every time she takes the field.  She is the child that cheers for all the other kids on her team.  She always gives 110% at every game.  She doesn't complain if she has to sit out an inning.  I really enjoy her calling from home plate out to her team where the play is at and the count.

She has no fear when tagging a player out at home.  Sliding into a base with a player twice her size doesn't even phase her.  She does tend to make me nervous when she's running bases but I trust her judgement, mostly!

The wicked put up a bold front,
but the upright give thought to their ways.
