I got a little tickled today when we were working at the pantry, the North Texas Food Bank delivered pallets of cabbage. When the truck comes in on Wednesday we never know what it will be bringing and there are often surprises. I was teasing Abigail that this is the closest she has ever been to cabbage! I would be hard pressed to know what to do with cabbage besides coleslaw, cabbage rolls and maybe my Mom's Dolly Parton Soup! I'm hoping our clients are more creative than me with all this cabbage!
