This after noon was drama practice. We are getting closer to their performance date! Today the kids took their costumes to practice and next meeting they will have cast photos!
Each practice one of the kids wins the Oscar for best performance. This is generally awarded to the youth who knew their lines best or had the best gestures or improv to the performer who didn't know their lines. Today was the first day for the cast to be off script, meaning everyone had to know their lines and not use their scripts. Everyone did a great job, so Ms. Kathy awarded the Oscar to the entire cast! See how happy that made them!!
And this is my prayer: that your love may abound more and more in knowledge and depth of insight, so that you may be able to discern what is best and may be pure and blameless for the day of Christ, filled with the fruit of righteousness that comes through Jesus Christ—to the glory and praise of God.
