Ice Skating with Friends

It's a little hard to imagine ice skating in seventy plus degree weather, but if you live in Texas that is a reality.  One of the local churches set up an ice skating rink in the parking lot, Caleb and Abigail joined friends from our home school group for an afternoon of fun.

I'm not sure how long it's been since the two have been ice skating but it ended up perfect.  Abigail has been saying she wanted to go ice skate when Caleb came home for winter break and usually we head to the rink at the mall.  But this was so much better for them to be able to enjoy time with friends and check ice skating off the list!

He gives snow like wool; he scatters frost like ashes. He hurls down his crystals of ice like crumbs;

    who can stand before his cold? Psalm 147:16-17
