On Sunday afternoons my catcher girl has softball practice with her select team, Rage. Can you imagine anything more enjoyable than three hours in the Texas heat in the middle of the day? I can.
The girl loves softball and she absolutely enjoys being with her team mates! They play and work hard together. Softball and other sports really reinforce in girls the importance of team work and building each other up. There is no room for self glorification because that only hurts the team!
Even in this crazy heat with sweat rolling down their cheeks it's encouraging to her the girls cheering for each team mate as they come up to bat!
Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good. Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. Romans 8:9-10
