Dallas Museum of Art Teen Workshop

Today's Teen Workshop at the Dallas Museum of Art was entitled Sensory Explorations.  The students looked at the impact the Silk Road had on Asian and European art.

The youth led students to use their senses to experience the art in the museum.  During the workshop portion of the class they mixed their own paints using spices and pigments.

Her favorite mixture was the  vanilla bean light grey pigment.  The least favorite would have to be the curry mustard blend!

If the whole body were an eye, where would be the sense of hearing? If the whole body were an ear, where would be the sense of smell? But as it is, God arranged the members in the body, each one of them, as he chose.  I Corinthians 2:17-18
