A few years ago, our family discovered Sweet Asian Chili Sauce smothered chicken wings. Even better are Sweet Asian Chili boneless wings served over yellow rice!
I love the sauce, and decided there had to be an easy way to have it on hand for quick lunches. The good news is you can find a recipe for anything on Pinterest. This afternoon we found a recipe using a pound and a half of peppers, plus about a pound of jalapenos from our garden added to some garlic and sugar.
In under an hour and a half Abigail and I made eight pints of sauce!
So heap on the wood
and kindle the fire.
