Our banana pepper plants are still producing a plethora of peppers! Yesterday Jon pulled about 12 pounds of peppers off of our bushes. Armed with a 12 quart stock pot and a paring knife we went to work. Three hours later we had 4 pints of garlic banana peppers, 4 pints of sweet banana peppers and 4 pints of jalapeno banana peppers.
Afterwards I went to grab a shower and when I returned Jon had cleaned up all my mess in the kitchen. That’s the best way to can!
