Prom Night Set Up

Tonight is prom night for 1,600 homeschooled kids in North Texas.  All parents are required to participate in the preparations, donating a minimum of fours of service.  There are plenty of areas to work including set decorations, addressing and putting together invitations and tickets, costumes for adult chaperones and the one I selected prom set up.

Abigail came with me to assist.  We worked in the Tashbaan Marketplace setting up open air tents.  At prom tonight the kids can buy posters, scarves, Turkish Delight and other wares sold in Narnia.

Just as a point of reference and to lend perspective to a bunch of homeschool mom's working on a giant project . . . Homeschooling Mom's tend to be control freaks, that's what makes them good at taking charge of their children's education.  They are not always great at working together with others.  It made for an interesting four hours!
Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters. Colossians 3:23
